About the RoleWe have an opportunity for a Services Manager (Electrical) with Health experience to join our team. You will provide leadership, support and guidance in all aspects of building services management to achieve business plan objectives and project deliverables.
Responsibilities of the role include;- Cultivate culture of delivering best practice, meeting client needs (internal and external), and proactive management of risk, SQE and sustainability
- Participate in the identification and selection of consultants, subcontractors and suppliers related to building services
- Monitor progress of building services works on existing projects, including design, procurement, delivery and commissioning
- Interface with Business Groups to ensure consistency of approach to building services delivery
- Experience in Health building projects
- Experience in delivering technology and building services on major projects ($500M+)
- At least 15 years' experience in engineering and technical management roles
- At least 5 years in senior building services role for Tier 1 contractor
- Specialist Trade Qualification or Engineering Degree
- Tertiary/Trade Qualification in Mechanical Services
