Carnival Corporation & plc is excited to announce: We are hiring a Talent Acquisition & HR Consultant to join our HR Team. This full time permanent position will be based in the Chatswood district of Sydney and report directly to the HR Manager. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, while also supporting HR operations and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with hiring leaders and the HR team to deliver seamless processes and contribute to a vibrant, connected workplace culture.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience who's looking to expand into HR generalist responsibilities and make a meaningful impact on employee experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring leaders to find the best talent
  • Coordinating onboarding, induction, and exit interviews
  • Supporting HR administration, compliance, and reporting
  • Driving engagement activities and helping shape our annual engagement calendar
  • Support the implementation of the People strategy across all HR pillars.
  • Championing Carnival's Culture Essentials: Speak Up, Respect & Protect, Improve, Communicate, Listen & Learn, Empower

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment within a corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with great communication skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred
  • A passion for culture, engagement, and continuous improvement
