Head of Talent Acquisition

This Private Equity backed organisation has seen year on year growth. They support the healthcare industry across Australia through various services, predominately in Allied Health.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for Talent Acquisition across the organisation for every location and every service. With systems and a support structure in place, you will be responsible for setting the strategy and leading the Talent Acquisition function. With a small team, you will have the resources and investment needed to support the organisation to achieve its people goals.

Bring your 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, with knowledge of Allied Health being an advantage. In high-performance culture, you will be comfortable with clearly defined goals and targets and relish the challenge to overachieve and be rewarded for doing so. The understanding of how having the right people in the right role through an efficient TA function in a professional services business creates value for everyone in the team, will ensure your success.
