Junior Medical Receptionist – Join Our Friendly Team

Are you bubbly, organised, and love helping people feel welcome? We're looking for a Junior Medical Receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy clinic.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience. We need someone who is warm, approachable, and has a can-do attitude. You'll be supporting our physiotherapists with reception duties, patient bookings, phone enquiries, and general admin tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • A happy, energetic personality with great communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence with computers and learning booking systems (training provided)
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and grow

Availability

  • Evening shifts during the week
  • Saturday mornings
