About the role

In this role, you will provide high-level executive and secretariat support to Create NSW's boards and committees, ensuring strong governance, effective coordination, and sound strategic advice.

You will oversee meeting processes, manage documentation, support board appointments and help align board activities with Create NSW's broader objectives and legislative obligations. You will also manage Create NSW's governance and compliance framework, including risk management, assurance, and audit activities. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll promote best-practice governance, accountability, and business continuity, supporting the Associate Director to strengthen organisational resilience and embed a culture of continuous improvement. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective operation of NSW's arts and cultural sector through robust governance and strategic oversight.
