Your Role

  • Oversee multiple building rectification projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and mentor site teams to deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, building codes, and company standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and champion a positive safety culture.
  • Be the go-to problem solver when challenges arise.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager (rectification works highly regarded).
  • A knack for leadership, organisation, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Trade background or relevant construction qualifications.
