About the Role

Fine Peace Investment is a diversified investment and development company with a strong presence in Australia and Asia. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects, fostering innovation and building long term value for our clients and partners. We are looking for an experienced and detail oriented Construction Site Manager to lead our projects in Surfers Paradise. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Responsible for the daily management of Australian property development projects, ensuring construction progress, quality and safety meet project requirements.

- Supervise construction teams, coordinate subcontractors and resolve technical issues or emergencies arising during on-site work.

- Ensure full compliance with safety standards, including Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.

- Work closely with the project team, providing timely updates on site conditions to ensure project goals are achieved.

- Prepare regular site construction reports, recording progress and key events to support project decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience in Australia

- Bachelor's degree or above in construction management, engineering or related field

- Fluent spoken English, fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (both written and spoken)

- Must hold a valid White Card & QLD Builder licence

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

- Solid knowledge of Australian construction standards, building codes and safety practices
