We are a boutique multidisciplinary financial services firm (Accounting, Financial Planning & Mortgage Broking) with a 20+ year history and a loyal base of successful business owners, property investors and high-net-worth family groups.

Our approach is relationship-based, steady, and long-term. We work closely with clients to support their tax position, structuring, planning and overall financial strategy.

We maintain a supportive environment where you can own your work, be trusted as a professional, and still have access to guidance on complex issues when needed.

We use Xero across the practice.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of clients involving:

• Discretionary, unit and hybrid trusts, companies and investment entities

• Div 7A, trust distributions (Div 6), UPEs and inter-entity loan balances

• Year-end tax planning and distribution modelling

• Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns

• Direct communication and relationship management with clients

• Liaising with our Financial Planning and Mortgage teams on shared clients when required

• Bringing forward questions and research areas to the Principal for discussion when complex matters arise

This role suits someone who can take ownership of their work and enjoys continuity with the same group of clients over time.

What We're Looking For


• Experience in Business Services within an Australian public practice firm is a Must Have. 6+ years experience preffered

• Strong experience with trusts and company group structures

• Understanding of Div 7A, CGT, franking accounts and tax planning workflows

• Comfortable managing your own workflow and speaking directly with clients

• CA/CPA qualified or progressing

• Strong Xero experience
