This is more than a Project Services/PMO Manager role. We're looking for someone who's going to take on our ethos and help shape the future of our industry.
As a key people leader for the Project Management team within the Professional Services department at Ethan, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and overseeing project management resources, delivering project services to technologically diverse IT environments for Ethan customers.

Job Description
MORE THAN A ROLE
Our role descriptions aren't the norm.
This role will see you working with on resource allocation and coordination of project services activities with internal and external customer stakeholders across multiple time-zones for inflight and forecasted projects.
Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Performing people management functions, such as assisting in development of employee training programs, setting and managing team and individual KPIs, timesheet reconciliation, recruitment and performance management.
- Ensuring standards, quality and a high level of professionalism are maintained whilst ensuring adherence to process and responsibilities as outlined in the Project Management methodology.
- Meeting the Project Management team's billable utilisation targets.
- Applying cadence and governance controls to ensure the teams projects are on track to be completed within the allotted time, budget and to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
- Work with the Presales and Sales team to review solutions.
- Shape the Project management team size, skills, and experience to align with the work forecast.
- Provide reporting back to the Head of Project Services on performance of the team and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Acting as an escalation point and Contribute to a positive culture across a diverse workforce and a one-team experience for Ethan clients.
- Manage accountability for the team's project outcome, including managing virtual project teams, multiple vendors, and customer relationships.
- Implementing risk management strategies to manage overall strategic program/projects risks, issues, financials, milestones, and benefits realization. Managing and participating in post-project implementation reviews, and report on lessons learned as part of overall process improvement.
- Employ appropriate governance and quality controls to ensure seamless transition to our Managed Services Business.
Desired Skills And Experience
CERTS AND SKILLS
Don't walk in empty-handed. We want to see these:
- An Internationally recognised Project Management or Program Management certification with an In-depth understanding of IT industry and standards for project management (PMBOK, Prince2).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strategic relationships with Steering Committee and C-Level executives.
- ITIL Certification (desirable).
- Management Courses/Certifications (desirable).
THE ABSOLUTES-MUSTS
- Demonstrable sound team leadership skills within Managed ICT environment.
- Extensive Project Management knowledge and extensive experience in blended environments (Agile and Waterfall) within Services Transition/Transformation environment
- Excellent understanding of external Customer business needs and the ability to develop Customer, supplier, vendor & partner relationships.
- Strong and deep understand of client business transition/transformation approaches to be able to represent these discussions in various internal/customer meetings.
