We are now seeking an accomplished professional to step into the role of National Client Services Manager, leading a team of over 30 case managers across Australia. This is a key national leadership position responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational performance, and customer experience across our entire portfolio.

The successful candidate will be an established and respected leader within the industry - someone with the experience, insight, and presence to guide a high-performing national team and continue setting the benchmark for service delivery and insurer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the national Case Management team, ensuring consistent performance, compliance, and service delivery across all regions.
  • Drive team accountability and operational discipline, ensuring KPI alignment with client expectations and company standards.
  • Act as the key escalation and leadership point for complex matters, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate closely with national and state operations teams to maintain seamless workflows and ensure the highest standard of customer experience.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop team members to foster capability growth, engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and innovations that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Represent Nexus as a senior leader within the insurer and industry network, maintaining strong professional relationships and a focus on client confidence.
  • Lead by example, upholding Nexus' values of integrity, accountability, and excellence in every aspect of service delivery.

You are a recognised professional in the insurance building or claims industry, known for your leadership, credibility, and results. You thrive in a high-performance environment, understand the nuances of insurer relationships, and bring the confidence and experience to lead a large, dynamic team.
