About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 properties. This is a true end-to-end role where you'll manage every aspect of the property management process, ensuring excellent service and building lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 properties with full end-to-end responsibility
  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and effectively
  • Prepare and manage leases, renewals, and bond claims
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and agency procedures

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
  • Demonstrated ability to manage portfolios of 100+ properties
  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate (or Licence)
  • Proficiency in property management software (Preferably PropertyMe)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
