Earthmoving Allocator / Customer Relations.

We are looking for a full-time experienced earthmoving fleet manager to dispatch our fleet of Tip Trucks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. High quality customer relations to maintain and build our extensive customer base including on site advice, following leads, and great customer service.
2. Assisting dispatch team in allocating the jobs to a fleet of owner/operator sub-contractors and managing the fleet during each day to best serve our customers’ needs.
3. Managing fleet of Tip Trucks to construction jobs on hire and material deliveries.
4. Entering jobs into allocation software with attention to detail.

Will Require:
Experience in earthmoving and excavation operations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-motivated, friendly, and positive attitude.
Good computer skills

Package Guide:
Hours. Permanent 38 - 45 hours per week.
Monday to Friday. Appx 6:00am to 3:00 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Earthmoving: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
