The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an Experienced Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time position suited to someone with 4+ years of consulting experience who is looking to further develop their technical, project management, and client engagement skills.

You'll be involved in a variety of project types and will play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our clients, while working alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structural analysis and design of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Preparation of engineering documentation, reports, and specifications
  • Liaising with architects, builders, and clients to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions
  • Coordinating with internal drafting staff to produce accurate construction documentation
  • Conducting site inspections and resolving construction-related queries
  • Assisting with project planning and delivery

About You

You are a technically strong and detail-oriented engineer who is ready to take the next step in your career. You bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a structural engineering consultancy
  • Strong understanding of Australian Standards and structural design principles
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD, Inducta, or similar analysis software
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude and excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
