Your Impact

You will be a key member of our Supply Finance Operations leadership team; you will play a pivotal part in building robust financial processes and driving effective planning outcomes across our Procurement function. With a focus on direct procurement, you will lead a small, team to deliver impactful financial insights that inform strategic decision-making and optimise spend.

Championing cost accountability and governance through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, you will ensure our Procurement function operates with transparency, discipline, and commercial agility — enabling Asahi Beverages to continue delivering great value and sustainable growth.

About the Role

  • Deliver accurate financial analysis and insights into the procurement and broader finance team through key business processes, including month-end close and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Provide operational insights to the Procurement Leadership Team to foster a culture of cost management, accountability, and the pursuit of operational value opportunities
  • Champion the governance, development and implementation of streamlined and optimised financial processes for month-end close and forecasting.

About You

  • Extensive financial leadership experience within Supply Chain Finance, with proven record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes
  • CA/CPA qualified, with a strong grasp of core financial processes including month-end, forecasting, budgeting
  • Knowledge and understanding of IBP frameworks, driving alignment between financial and operational plans to enable effective decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement and system alignment initiatives, enhancing efficiency and consistency across functions
  • Track record of driving change and fostering a culture of cost accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
