  • Drive process improvement, accountability, and compliance with McCain policies, managing cross-functional outcomes.
  • Provide timely financial analysis and support for supply planning, annual planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks and opportunities for procurement and supply chain.
  • Foster development and engagement within the team, supporting continuous learning and compliance with company policies and training requirements.
  • Model McCain's values, leading by example and championing change.

What you'll need to be successful.

  • Strong track record of effectively influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions to deliver business results and lead change initiatives.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy or finance roles within FMCG or manufacturing environments, providing context and depth in supporting operational and commercial decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in commercial partnering within supply chain and procurement functions, contributing to initiatives that optimally balance cost, risk, and value delivery.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven capability to translate complex data into actionable insights and user-friendly reports tailored for decision-makers.
