To provide support to the Metro Capital Markets team and ensure business activities are managed in the most effective and efficient manner.
About the role
- Day to day administrative support to team of agents
- Draft and respond to correspondence, including reports and submissions
- Diary and email management
- Complete expense reimbursements for the team (subject to any change/outsourcing of this)
- Marketing and operations management of campaigns (high volume)
- Management of Salesforce – contact management, update opportunities and pipeline
- Database management of incoming enquiries
- Team administration including, maintaining, and updating team meeting agenda with budgets, forecasts and targets
- Co-ordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Travel bookings as required (domestic)
- Organise client events and client engagement initiatives
- Manage 6 weekly auction program from end to end. Including (but not limited to) vendor set up, campaign marketing, contract management, auction day event planning.
About you:
- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
- Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
