We are looking for a Claims Team Lead to manage a portfolio of property claims and proactively support successful outcomes through strong client advocacy and claims management, whilst supporting a team of Claims Executives.

About The Role
This role is focused on the end-to-end management of a wide range of general property claims within our commercial and domestic space. As a key member of the claims team, you'll proactively manage your portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims while maintaining a high standard of client service.

As a Claims Team Lead, You'll

  • End-to-end management of domestic property claims
  • Liaise with clients, brokers, underwriters, loss adjusters, and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to claims reporting and dispute resolution
  • Work closely with Account Managers to support clients throughout the claims journey
  • Supporting the broader claims team and General Manager of Claims in achieving national claims outcomes

*About You*
With experience managing end-to-end claims, specifically within domestic property, you understand the importance of process, service standards, and achieving the best outcome for clients.

You're a clear communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams. You work well with account managers to resolve issues and guide clients through the claims journey, including disputes when needed.

Organised, collaborative, and proactive, you thrive in a team environment and aren't afraid to lend a hand or ask for support. You're proactive, resilient, and detail-focused. Your results-driven mindset will see you succeed and enjoy the role.

Salary Range $85,000-$95,000 + Super
