Lead Growth in Mining Exploration Technology

We're looking for a strategic, commercially-minded leader who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
In This Role, You'll
- Drive the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to closing high-value contracts.
- Translate complex mining exploration technology into clear, compelling value for clients.
- Build strong relationships with major mining, defense, and industrial partners, as well as government stakeholders.
- Scale and mentor a business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and results.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align market strategy with product innovation and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate has startup or scale-up experience, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can confidently navigate complex commercial and technical landscapes.
