Access Fuels is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration and Accounts Clerk to join our Tomago office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a head for numbers and excellent organisational skills who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

As an Administration and Accounts Clerk, you will play an integral role in both our finance and administrative operations. You will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate records, supporting the finance team, and assisting with a variety of general administration duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

· Process and reconcile accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately

· Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and conduct follow-ups as needed

· Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and reminder notices

· Maintain up-to-date records of accounts, transactions, and documentation

· Liaise with customers to take orders, resolve queries and discrepancies

· Assist with month-end closing and reporting procedures

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations

· Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, answering phones, handling mail, and organising documents

· Assist with other administrative and office tasks as required

About You

· Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, general administration, or a similar finance/office support role

· Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage

· Intermediate Excel skills including the ability to create and use formulas effectively

· Excellent organisational and time management abilities

· Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take initiative
