Position Description:
The role is responsible for providing Sales, Marketing & General Administration support as well as the Coordination of Training schedules and materials.

In addition, there will be some Account Management functions, primarily phone based and maintaining of Client Communication records. Some digital marketing may also be required.

The administrative component covers the efficient flow of documentation (electronic & paper based) covering the record keeping for the business, as well as administration support of the Training programs delivered.

Additional requirements may be (dependant on applicant) to support the business as a “Collector” for performing Alcohol & Other Drug screening/testing. Refer to separate Position Description (to be discussed in any interview) covering these tasks and responsibilities.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Application Question(s):

- Experience with programmes within Microsoft 365, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook Powerpoint and Share Point.

Working knowledge of ACT Customer Relationship Management Software would be an advantage.

Experience as a Trainer (TAE Qualified), whilst not essential, would be a benefit.

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
