This is an expression of interest campaign to join our team for upcoming work.

We're seeking consultants who bring procurement and commercial expertise at their core, with complementary skills in governance, program delivery, stakeholder engagement, or reform.

What You'll Bring

  • Current
    AGSVA NV1 (or above) security clearance
    (mandatory).
  • Must be
    currently living in Australia
  • Strong experience in
    procurement strategy, sourcing, and contract management
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently and remotely
    , with the professionalism to deliver outcomes with limited oversight.
  • Willingness to
    travel to Canberra or other locations
    when client delivery requires.

  • Stakeholder engagement
    – building trusted relationships and managing expectations.
  • Project and program management
    – planning, risk/budget oversight, milestone delivery.
  • Business change
    – enabling adoption, embedding reforms, and supporting transition.
  • Communications and engagement
    – preparing clear, targeted messages and content.
  • Facilitation
    – designing and running structured workshops to achieve outcomes.
  • Monitoring and evaluation
    – developing frameworks, analysing data, and reporting on impact.
  • Information governance
    – ensuring structured, accurate, and secure management of information.
  • Excellent communication skills
    – able to turn complex ideas into practical solutions.

Desirable

  • Experience developing policies, procedures, or procurement templates.
  • Knowledge of Commonwealth and State procurement frameworks (e.g., CPRs, ASDEFCON, PGPA Act, Local Government regs).
  • Professional capability aligned to SFIA Level 4–5
    ,
    or equivalent.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder or regulated environments.
