Position Summary
We're looking for
Senior Consultants or Managers
, ideally with experience working with
Government clients
to help design services, deliver reform outcomes, build capabilities, and manage risks. You'll bring formal qualifications and a track record in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Program/Project Management
- Business Analysis
- Business case development
- Change Management
- Procurement and Commercial
Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology
- Translate business requirements into actionable project outcomes
- Contribute to business case development, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage projects or work packages
- Deliver milestones and produce high-quality deliverables
- Design innovative solutions and conduct research
- Manage junior staff and contribute to team development
- Write reports, tenders, and client communications
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Australian Citizenship is essential
- Security clearance at
Baseline or above (preferred) - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally including Consulting experience in the government sector
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with methodologies such as:
- Prince2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, P3M3
- Prosci, Change First
- Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships
