an experienced Senior Manager specialising in Probity and Integrity consulting to Government for an immediate start
to lead high-level projects with National-level influence – balancing proactive advice with rigorous assurance.

As a 
Senior Manager - Probity & Integrity
you will have the opportunity to work in a role that has independence, agility, and where deep client relationships come first. You'll bring expertise in probity principles and your technical depth will enable you to confidently engage at senior levels and influence complex decisions.

Beyond projects, you have an interest in coaching team members, strengthening client relationships, and will help shape strategies that deliver sustainable impact. While this role may operate independently, your style is collaborative and commercially aware – you'll have the opportunity to influence both our clients and our firm's future.

About You

You are a 
Senior Probity & Integrity strategic and delivery leader
that is capable to provide real-time guidance on process design, risk identification, decision documentation and managing conflicts of interests in high-security or confidential environments.

Your accomplishments include a successful track record on complex, high-value, high-risks projects, often in a multi-agency or regulator-heavy setting, and you easily take ownership of developing, implementing and review of probity frameworks, leading to the successful delivery of comprehensive probity plans, reports and assurance statements.

Your skills and experience include:

• 10+ years of experience in probity, governance, compliance, audit and investigations with 
  demonstrable roles in probity and integrity advisory
• An undergraduate or post graduate degree (Commerce or Finance desirable, all degrees considered)
• Professional qualifications in areas such as governance, audit or procurement
• Experience working with the Commonwealth government sector
• Deep knowledge of probity principles and their practical application
• Demonstrated ability in framework design, policy development and continuous improvement of probity controls
• Proven ability to ask penetrating questions, offer practical solutions and navigate complex, ambiguous probity scenarios with clarity
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills – capable of delivering clear, defensible and actionable probity documentation
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills - ability to navigate sensitive discussions
• Effective building relationships with clients and your colleagues
• Hold a current 
  AGSVA NV1
   (minimum) security clearance
