Our Client

Well known global freight forwarder, with a strong presence in the Australian/overseas market. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and arranging export bookings
  • Process job registrations
  • Lodge EDN's & PRA's
  • Prepare/issue invoices to clients
  • Liaising with the interstate and overseas offices and agents
  • Finalise and close job files

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in export sea freight operations within the Australian market
  • Cargowise experience is a must
  • Ability to handle large work volumes and slot into role quickly
  • Must have full working rights in Australia
  • Able to work a full term contract - 12 months
  • Strong and professional communication skills
