Office Administrator

Pigmentum French Polishers Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our business. The ideal candidate will be Australian, fluent in English, and legally permitted to work full-time in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between management and staff.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related administration.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software (preferred but not essential).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
