Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth patient flow and a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling of patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up visits.
  • Handle patient inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and medical billing.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, ordering supplies, and managing office correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, providers, and staff.
  • Knowledge of medical office procedures, insurance, and billing is a plus.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Medical Director, Pracsoft, Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Records systems).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
