Based at St Agnes, this isn’t your typical receptionist role. This position has a strong focus on utilising your administrative skills to provide support to Antelco and Lincoln Plastics clients and employees. Full training will be provided, and you will have the ability to take on more tasks as your confidence grows Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Providing order processing, communication and a range of administrative assistance to the Administration Manager.
- Producing Daily Operating Reports and data entry of customer orders/sales invoices.
- Acting as the company’s first point of call in a receptionist's capacity, both in-person and over the phone.
- Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of their requirements and guiding them accordingly.
- Providing support and consulting with freight forwarders and employees to fulfil export documentation.
- Proven experience gained in a similar administrative position (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills (basic understanding of formulas is highly desirable).
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Outstanding professionalism and presentation.
