**Position**: Quotation Administrator & Receptionist (Full-time)

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers to confirm and understand their requirements
- Prepare and issue quotations for window and door systems
- Provide basic technical support to customers as needed
- Deliver professional customer service and after-sales support
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Assist in maintaining strong client relationships
- Complete ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Sales Manager or team leader

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with strong service awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CAD software (intermediate to advanced level)
- Detail-oriented, with strong time management and task prioritization abilities
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in the construction or window & door industry preferred
- Familiarity with the following standards is a plus:
NCC 2022 National Construction Code

AS2047 Windows in buildings and external glazed doors

AS1288 Selection and installation of glass in buildings
- Must hold legal work rights in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
