Receptionist **Casual position (2-3 shifts per week with the potential for more shifts)** St George Private Hospital are seeking a proactive, confident and customer service focused **Receptionist** to join our team **About the Role** You will be joining our Administration team and be responsible for providing a comprehensive customer focused service to all aspects of the Hospital Front Office. You will effectively undertake administrative duties that will include, but are not limited to, customer enquiries, switchboard operation, bookings, filing, notation of bed moves, health fund checks, admitting and discharging patients as appropriate and reporting outcomes or needs to the Manager of the relevant department or direct line manager/ supervisor. Providing a high level of customer service to all staff, patients and families, you will be committed to maintaining effective interpersonal relationships and work in harmony with a collaborative and constructive team. **About You** To succeed in this role you will bring a professional administrative skillset and, ideally, experience within the Health Industry. You will contribute to a positive, supportive and forward thinking team environment with a tight attention to detail.
