_We are looking for an enthusiastic professional Medical Receptionists that has a passion for the medical industry, to join our progressive, technologically driven, patient focused team. The successful applicant will need to be flexible in their approach to cover team absences where necessary._
- We are looking for someone that wants to be a permanent fixture in our team._

**Employment Type**: Casual with the ability to go Permanent Part Time

**Available Hours**: 10-20 per week, Please be aware this position is gauranteed 10 hours a week with the possibility of 20 if required.

**Clinic Hours St Clair**:Monday, Wednesday and Friday-8.00am-3.00pm

Tuesday and Thursday - 6.30am-3.00pm

**Closed Weekends and Public Holidays.**
- (Please bare in mind you may be required to start earlier or finish later depending on Doctor's bookings)._

**Essential Skills**:

- The ability to communicate effectively with doctors, staff and patients
- Ability to prioritise and organise workflow effectively
- An excellent telephone manner
- An understanding of the importance of privacy and confidentiality
- The ability to multi task and prioritise
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to cope well under pressure with a can do attitude
- Flexible to cover sick leave/holidays
- Current CPR and senior first aid Certificate ideal but can be obtained once employed

**Desirable Skills**:

- Current Driver’s Licence
- Experience within the health industry or a medical practice
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Medical Director Clinical and Pracsoft preferred

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $23.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week

- St Clair, SA 5011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
