In your new role as Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you'll lead a dedicated team and ensure all housekeeping operations reflect Silk's high standards of excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and supervise the housekeeping team in maintaining 5-star room and public area standards
  • Step into the Executive Housekeeper's role during their rostered days off, leading the department with confidence
  • Assist with staff onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management
  • Conduct regular room and public area inspections to maintain brand standards
  • Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping leadership role at a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and delegate across a large team
  • Excellent attention to detail and high presentation standards
  • A professional, hands-on approach with a guest-first attitude
