Senior Global Brand Manager

- 5+ years of experience in global fashion sales or brand management.
- Proven success managing wholesale accounts and driving seasonal sell-through results.
- Strong understanding of global retail markets, pricing structures, and wholesale operations.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Driven, proactive, and passionate about premium fashion and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and meeting deadlines during peak sales periods.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Dropbox, and Mac Mail.
Key Responsibilities
Global Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute innovative global sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales support team to ensure excellence and accountability across all operations.
- Manage and attend international showroom appointments (AUS / NYC / Paris).
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, buyers, and brand partners worldwide.
Collaborate directly with brands to align seasonal plans, targets, and deliverables.
Client & Relationship Management
Maintain proactive communication with brands and retail partners to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
- Provide strategic sales advice, oversee delivery timelines, and troubleshoot any shipment or production concerns.
Conduct regular check-ins with brand partners, providing market feedback and actionable insights.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee seasonal trackers, CRM data accuracy, and order reporting.
- Analyse sales performance and sell-through data to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare detailed end-of-season and trend reports for internal review and client presentations.
Manage global order deadlines and ensure all operational milestones are met
Team Development & Process Improvement
Mentor SGSA and JSA team members, providing ongoing training in sales strategy, communication, and CRM usage.
Identify process improvements and implement systems that elevate efficiency and results.
Global Market Presence
Travel seasonally to New York and Paris to attend international markets.
- Represent the brand portfolio through confident communication, in-depth product knowledge, and exceptional presentation.
- Support showroom preparation, visual presentation, and overall brand experience.
Locally based preferred or NYC / UK / Europe.
Del Rainbow HQ is based in Byron Bay, NSW.
