We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager, who will be responsible for the planning and implementation of strategic brand plans for the Life-Space brand across domestic Australian and New Zealand markets.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager this role will work cross functionally and engage with key internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Brand Manager will have ownership and accountability of brand NPD, from ideation to driving propositions through our NPD process to launch, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering to commercial targets.

This is an on-site role based at our Head Office in Clayton, with the ability to work 1 day from home.

This role is suited to a highly motivated, proactive individual with exceptional initiative and a strong passion for brand and product management.

Key duties of the role include:

  • Drive portfolio growth and lead innovation for the Life-Space brand in ANZ
  • Develop and execute market growth plans and support brand strategy
  • Lead new product development (NPD/EPD) from concept to launch
  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable brand and innovation initiatives
  • Monitor category trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations for brand growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver projects
  • Oversee packaging and artwork development, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Manage P&L for assigned projects and deliver on commercial targets

As the successful candidate, you will have;

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in brand or product management within the consumer goods industry
  • Demonstrated success in delivering new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch
  • Experience in FMCG, food, or healthcare industry is highly regarded
  • Experience with TGA regulations and guidelines is preferable
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong, collaborative relationships
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing brand P&Ls and delivering against financial targets
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand and innovation strategies
  • High-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about brands, with a strong interest in health and wellbeing
