FGB was established in 1867 as a pharmaceutical company and we have been a primary producer of eucalyptus oil since harvesting, distilling along with research & development. We specialise in natural products and healthy solutions for you and your family, and we are proudly Australian and family owned. Our proprietary brands include Bosisto's and Euky Bear and the exclusive distributors of Vicks Home Health and Braun medical devices in Australia & NZ.
Our products are sold Australia-wide through Pharmacy, Grocery, online and other selected retail outlets.
We are proud of our rich heritage, growing natural product range and passion and commitment to Australian eucalyptus oil.
About The Role
As the strategic brand lead, you'll translate long-term vision into actionable plans that drive sustainable growth, brand equity, and market leadership. With responsibility for P&L performance, innovation, and team capability, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while building and inspiring a high-performing team.
This is a senior role suited to an experienced brand leader with proven success driving strategy in the FMCG or Pharmacy sector.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set and execute strategic direction for the brand portfolio, aligning with business growth objectives.
- Shape and lead innovation, championing the Stage Gate process and building a robust pipeline of market-winning products.
- Drive commercial performance through rigorous P&L management, market analysis, pricing strategy, and investment optimisation.
- Harness consumer and market insights to guide positioning, communication, and innovation decisions.
- Influence and collaborate cross-functionally, building strong partnerships across the business.
- Lead and develop talent, ensuring your team grows in capability and impact.
- Represent the brand externally, influencing retail partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders.

What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (or related field).
- Extensive brand leadership experience, including at least 3+ years at Senior Brand Manager level in FMCG or Pharmacy.
- A proven track record of strategic planning, portfolio growth, and innovation leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen with deep experience managing P&L, budgets, and pricing.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and presentation skills at senior and executive levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team and build strong, collaborative networks.
