The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive
Brand Environment Manager
to join our Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in bridging strategic direction with operational excellence, ensuring every showroom delivers an inspiring and consistent brand experience.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Environment, you'll manage a cluster of showrooms, oversee campaign execution, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and showroom activation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership, creativity, and commercial insight to make a lasting impact on a global stage.
The Role
- Lead, mentor, and support the Brand Environment team to deliver BAU activity and campaigns.
- Manage showroom clusters, overseeing seasonal changeovers, standards, and campaign rollouts.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans that balance creativity with commercial outcomes.
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Retail, and Property teams to deliver seamless showroom activations.
- Support POS creation, flock allocation, and campaign planning with operational accuracy.
- Drive process and system improvements to streamline ways of working and boost efficiency.
- Provide insights and reporting on showroom performance, campaign execution, and customer impact.
- Support the adoption of new business systems and technologies, ensuring operational alignment.
About You
- 6+ years' experience in brand environment, visual merchandising, or retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team delivery.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance creative vision and operational execution.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, global retail environment.
- A collaborative mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
