About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Linea Cabinets. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects in Brisbane and Gold Coast. This is a full-time position based in our Brisbane CBD office.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects, from initial planning through to successful completion
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams, including designers, tradespeople, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement appropriate control measures
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Project Manager in the construction or commercial interior fit-out industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial interior fit-out projects
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, tradespeople, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
  • Tertiary education in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field ideal but experience, attitude and willingness to learn is what really counts
