As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Brisbane team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact client projects, with potential for national and international travel – and for the right candidate, a pathway to leadership.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant at Siecap, you'll be instrumental in delivering complex, high-value projects and providing strategic advisory services that drive real outcomes. You'll work across the full project lifecycle – from strategy and concept development through to implementation, business improvement, and optimisation.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career. You'll have the opportunity to lead engagements, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of our consulting practice. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, guiding decision-making and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met

• Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects effectively

• Analyse complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations

• Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables, including reports, proposals, and business cases

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact

• Contribute to business development through proposal preparation and client engagement

• Support and mentor junior consultants, fostering capability development and knowledge sharing

Education & Experience

• Degree-qualified in business, engineering, analytics, finance, or a related field

• 5 – 10 years' experience in consulting, project management, or advisory roles

• Proven ability to lead projects and manage diverse stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI

• Experience in developing economic models, project reporting dashboards, and optimisation models (highly regarded)

• Excellent business writing and confident presentation skills
