Role can be based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Talent Flow are delighted to be working with one of Australia's leading civil consultancies helping them with a newly created role, ServiceNow, Service Delivery Manager.

In this role you would be working alongside the ServiceNow Platform owner, building a Service Delivery team (on and offshore) and managing a mixture of BAU and project-based work.

You would be responsible for:

  • Building and leading a multidisciplinary, hybrid onshore/offshore Service Delivery Team
  • Driving proactive continual improvement of the ServiceNow Platform, agile processes and operational activities through metrics and feedback.
  • Ensure ITIL and Agile principles are embedded within the team's delivery and operational approach and operates within a governance framework
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Stakeholders, Functional Leads and escalations

Must have experience:

  • Building a team from scratch
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow, especially ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations
  • Experience leading Delivery Teams or similar Agile/Operations Teams
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Prioritisation

Desirable Experience

Ai implementations are a bonus
