We design and deliver premium saunas that help individuals and businesses unlock the benefits of heat therapy — from elite athletes recovering faster, to busy professionals investing in better health.

As we expand nationally, we're looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our tight-knit team and help us bring the Nook Saunas experience to more Australians than ever before.

This is not your run-of-the-mill phone job. You'll be on the frontline driving new business by:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold prospects daily (personal trainers, gym owners, wellness studios, recovery centres, corporate wellness contacts, and more).
  • Booking and running meetings via video or face-to-face to understand prospects' needs and present tailored sauna purchase or rental solutions.
  • Managing the full sales cycle — from first contact through to closing the deal and handing over to our operations team.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with repeat partners who can help drive more client referrals and long-term sales opportunities.

  • Hitting and exceeding targets — we want someone who loves the thrill of the chase and the reward of real bonuses.

  • Self-Starter: You're the type who thrives when the phone is ringing, calendars are full, and targets are within striking distance.

  • Confident Communicator: You know how to build rapport fast, ask the right questions, and handle objections without missing a beat.
  • Face-to-Face Pro: Comfortable jumping on Zoom, visiting clients, and presenting solutions in person.
  • Organised Closer: You know how to keep your pipeline hot and follow up like a pro until the deal is done.

  • Experience: You've got at least 2 years in outbound sales (B2B or high-ticket B2C). Experience in fitness, wellness, or equipment sales is a big plus — but attitude and drive trump all.
