Our flagship software, Growth Plus, empowers businesses to generate more leads, improve online visibility, and convert customer interactions into measurable revenue — all in one easy-to-use platform.

We're now looking for a driven and confident Sales Consultant to join our team and help bring Growth Plus to more Australian businesses.

The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, speaking directly with small-to-medium business owners to understand their needs and demonstrate how Growth Plus can help them get more customers and grow their business. This is a consultative sales role where building trust, identifying opportunities, and closing deals will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact potential clients via phone, email, and social channels.
  • Present and demonstrate the Growth Plus software to business owners.
  • Understand client goals and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline through to closing.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
  • Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover for new clients.

About You

  • Proven sales experience (B2B SaaS, advertising, or marketing solutions preferred).
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and video presentation skills.
  • Strong consultative selling approach – you listen before you pitch.
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new software.
