Senior Sales Enablement Specialist

Remote, Australia Rapid7 Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

As our Senior Sales Enablement Specialist, you'll ensure our sellers and managers in the region are not only trained — but truly enabled to succeed. From new hire onboarding to foundational skills to leadership readiness, you'll make a measurable difference in how we activate talent in APJ. You'll help bridge global strategy with local execution, ensuring that APJ is aligned, supported, and performing at its best.

About the Team:

The Growth Enablement team is responsible for developing and managing training and enablement programs that align with Rapid7's strategies and market approach. From new hire onboarding to role-based ongoing education, we focus on equipping our customer-facing teams with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful across the full customer lifecycle. Our goal is to drive long-term impact by ensuring every member of the Go-To-Customer organization is set up to contribute effectively from day one and beyond.

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive, regionally-savvy Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to drive the execution of enablement initiatives across our Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on bringing strategy to life — localising global programs, embedding best practices into regional workflows, and ensuring sellers and managers in APJ are set up for success from day one.

You'll report to and work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager, who owns global strategy and North America execution. You'll also partner closely with the APJ General Manager and as needed collaborate with your EMEA Enablement counterpart to ensure alignment and consistency across regions. Your role is hands-on and high-impact — acting as the voice of APJ sellers, the driver of enablement adoption, and a key contributor to how we grow sales performance globally.

Specifically, your focus will be to:

  • Regional Enablement Execution - Localize and deliver global enablement programs across APJ markets.
  • Act as the main enablement point of contact for APJ sales leadership and frontline managers.
  • Sales Foundations & Manager Enablement - Reinforce core sales competencies (e.g., discovery, qualification, value articulation, pipeline hygiene) within APJ teams.
  • Support the rollout of the global Sales Manager Enablement program, customizing tools and resources to drive local leadership effectiveness.
  • New Hire Onboarding & Ramp - Partner with New Hire Training, People Ops, Sales Managers, and Subject Matter Experts to deliver role-specific onboarding that drives ramp readiness.
  • Help track onboarding progress, gather feedback, and iterate to improve experience and effectiveness over time.Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to support product launches, process changes, and go-to-market initiatives in APJ.
  • Program Insights & Optimization - Monitor engagement, adoption, and feedback on enablement programs in APJ.
  • Leverage data and field insight to continuously improve regional execution and influence global program design.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, field marketing, sales operations, or a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with the APJ region, including local business norms, sales behaviors, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience facilitating or delivering training and onboarding programs for adult learners.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, onboarding, and tools such as CRM systems, LMS platforms, and Gong.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and comfort working independently across time zones.

We know that the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams. That's because these teams reflect a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences. If you are excited about this role and feel your experience can make an impact, please don't be shy - apply today.
