Position Overview

As a Senior Sales Consultant at Award Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving property sales and providing a superior client experience. This role requires a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of the property market, and the ability to engage with a diverse client base, including local and international investors.

You will also act as a mentor to junior consultants, sharing expertise and contributing to the overall growth of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end property sales process, from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide expert advice on property investments, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct property inspections, open homes, and client presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts to deliver successful outcomes for clients and the business.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, enhancing team capability and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, mortgage, and fund management teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in property sales, ideally 3–5+ years in senior or high-volume sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Sydney property market.
  • Ability to work with high-net-worth clients and multicultural investors.
  • Current Real Estate License/Certificate of Registration (NSW requirement).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
