About The Role
We are seeking a motivated
Senior Sales Consultant
to join our Sales & Marketing team at
Calderwood Valley
, one of Sekisui House's premier masterplanned communities. This role is key to managing new home sales and includes a unique responsibility: overseeing the performance and engagement of local real estate agents supporting our sales efforts.

You will be the face of Sekisui House for prospective buyers, providing expert guidance through their home-buying journey while also acting as the primary liaison for external agents to ensure consistency with our brand, strategy, and service standards.

What You'll Do

  • Manage all customer enquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end sales process – from first visit to contract signing
  • Represent our display homes and project with deep product and process knowledge
  • Build and manage relationships with local real estate agents supporting project sales
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure alignment with project goals and expectations
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Construction, Drafting, and Contracts

About You

  • Proven experience in residential sales – house & land or new home sales preferred
  • Confident communicator and trusted adviser to buyers and stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing third-party agent relationships
  • Strong sales performance and customer satisfaction track record
  • NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
