We are looking for passionate and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendants to help us continue delivering outstanding service.

Job Role: As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
  • Providing detailed information about our wine selection and menu items.
  • Ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Prior Experience: We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Energetic and Positive Attitude: An active demeanor and a willingness to learn are essential. We value team members who bring energy and positivity to their work, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Wine and Food Pairing Knowledge: A strong knowledge of wines and food pairings is highly desirable.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
  • Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is important.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is essential.
  • Valid RSA: You must hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
