We're looking for a friendly and organised Front of House Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal person will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and great attention to detail to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
  • Greeting and assisting customers and visitors
  • Fielding customer enquiries and providing accurate information
  • Entering and maintaining data
  • General administrative duties to support the team
About You
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Must demonstrate basic Microsoft Excel skills including data entry and simple formulas
  • Reliable, organised, and proactive
  • Holds a valid driver's licence
  • Must hold a valid driver's licence (provisional licences are acceptable)
  • Ability to work full-time - 5 days per week (07:00am - 03:00pm).
  • Must be a citizen or permanent residet.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position
