The Grange is a vibrant venue. Situated along Adelaide's incredible coastline, The Grange offers a seaside bar experience featuring cold beer, signature cocktails, premium spirits, great South Australian wines and stunning ocean views.

We are seeking experienced staff to join our dynamic needed are bar staff, restaurant waiting staff, gaming and bottle shop staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and create a welcoming environment for patrons. You will be required to be available to work across a 7-day roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays. Casual and part time positions available.

BAR / RESTAURANT STAFF

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a bartender or waiting staff in a high-volume bar or restaurant. RSA essential
  • Proficiency in preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and drinks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of beverages including beers, wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Engage with patrons, recommend drinks, and provide personalised service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/restaurant area and equipment.
  • Follow all alcohol service guidelines to ensure responsible service.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments

GAMING STAFF

Requirements:

  • Hold a current RSA, RSG2
  • Must be able to work well within a team environment & independently

BOTTLESHOP STAFF

  • Stock and replenish shelves in the bottle shop as needed.
  • Cash handling skills
  • A current RSA certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required/mandatory
  • Provide excellent customer service
