About the role

We are seeking a passionate Barista / Front of House to join our vibrant team at The Red Mill Bakehouse in Ethelton, SA. This is a part-time position that will see you working closely with our customers and playing a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and speciality drinks
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service at our front counter
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the front-of-house area
  • Assisting with other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the bakehouse

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 6 months or less barista experience required
  • Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
  • Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
  • Availability for occasional weekend and public holiday shifts
  • Australian work rights assessed on a case by case basis
