About the Role

We're seeking casual Front of House team members who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a busy, social environment. You'll be the face of the hotel — delivering great service, supporting the bar and dining areas, and making sure our customers have an outstanding experience every time.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and serve customers in a warm, professional manner
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately
  3. Serve meals and drinks, assist with table service, and support bar operations
  4. Operate POS systems and handle cash/EFTPOS transactions
  5. Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all FOH areas
  6. Follow all RSA, safety, and hygiene procedures
  7. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  4. Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Current RSA certification (required)
  7. RSG or RP certification (advantageous)
  8. Must be available for a 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
