Role Purpose

We are seeking an exceptional Commercial Concierge to be the face and heartbeat of One Middle Road, a premium commercial building in the heart of Chadstone. This part-time role is perfect for a customer-focused professional who thrives on delivering outstanding service and creating a seamless experience for tenants, employees, and visitors.

As the Commercial Concierge, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the concierge desk, ensuring high-level service and efficiency across office administration, guest services, and engagement initiatives. You'll work closely with a dynamic team to bring the One Middle Road brand to life through personalised experiences and operational excellence.

This is a part-time position,
offering 20 hours per week.

Monday - Thursday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Concierge Services

• Deliver warm, professional service to all visitors and employees
• Manage the Visitor Management System, including contractor and guest access
• Respond to general inquiries and requests via email and in person
• Coordinate bookings for dining, entertainment, hotel, and other services
• Promote Chadstone's premium amenities to tenants and guests
• Oversee mail, dry cleaning, floral deliveries, and package management

Operations

• Support building safety by acting as a Building Warden and First Aid Officer (training provided)
• Audit facilities including bike storage, end-of-trip areas, and report maintenance
• Conduct regular site walks, identifying and escalating operational issues

Engagement

• Manage tenant registration on the Chadstone portal
• Draft content and terms for portal competitions and giveaways
• Coordinate building events and activations aligned with the engagement calendar
• Liaise with marketing teams to support tenant and charity initiatives

Office Management

• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
• Manage stationery, supplies, service provider relationships, and expense processing
