Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Earthworks Superintendent located in the Greater Perth Area. The Civil Earthworks Superintendent will manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring the highest standards of safety and organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, managing construction safety protocols, budgeting, and project management from start to finish while maintaining effective communication with both clients and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
  • Strong Organization Skills and Budgeting capabilities
  • Project Management expertise
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications and licensure in civil construction or related fields
  • Previous experience in indigenous enterprises or community-related projects is a plus
